PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2473 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN APPLICATION <br />OF ASHWILL HAWKINS AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-82-18-5D <br />~-- <br />WHEREAS, Ashwill Hawkins and Partners, Inc. have applied for <br />design review approval of an approximately 13,800 <br />sq. ft. building and related facilities on an approximately <br />0.86 acre site at 2158 Rheem Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />Industrial District; and <br />WHEREAS, a negative declaration of environmental impacts was <br />recommended for approval at their duly noticed public <br />hearing of May 9, 1984 after considering all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of <br />the City staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed development <br />conforms to the approved PUD for the site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-82-18-5D for Ashwill <br />Hawkins and Partners, Inc. as herein described subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown <br />on the development plan, Exhibit A, on file with <br />the Planning Department. <br />2. That the developer shall construct the full 30 <br />ft. wide driveway approach and driveway to serve <br />this development in conjunction with the development <br />of the subject property. <br />3. That any overnight storage of vehicles must be <br />at the rears of the buildings. <br />4. That this case shall be subject to all conditions <br />of approval of case PUD-82-18. <br />5. That this case is subject to all Standard Conditions <br />of Development, attached hereto and made aprt <br />of this case by reference, except conditions 12, <br />14, 28, 29, 33, 36, 46, 49 and 50. <br /> <br />
