PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF P ASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2474 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE Z-84-126 FOR THE DOWNTOWN CENTRE II WHEREAS, Downtown Centre II has applied for design review approval of three commercial buildings totalling approximately 16,300 sq. ft., and related facilities on an approximately one acre site at 235 Main Street; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is CC(Central Commercial)/Civic Overlay District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of May 9, 1984 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff including the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the Staff indicated there would not be any potentially significant impacts on the environment should this application be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for case Z-84-126 as herein descirbed. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
