PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2479 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF 'I~ C~' <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING A SUBDIVISION FOR DEL r_~I DO'I <br />AS FILED UNDER TRACT 5134 <br />WHEREAS, Del Prado Homes has applied to subdivide an 'I is~tl,, <br />unit multi-family residential rental comple 'nt i <br />project at the southwest corner of Hopyard ~ d ~ <br />Roads; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is RM-1500 (Multi-f~ i,ly ' <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, On January 9, 1984 the City Council approve <br />of Del Prado Homes to convert the 94 unit a <br />located at the southwest corner of Hopyard <br />Road to condominiums; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicants have now submitted a one-lot <br />for condominium purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, at their Planning Commission meeting of Ju <br />Planning Commission considered all public <br />exhibits and recommendations of the City s <br />this proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, condominium conversions are categorically e <br />For this reason, no environmental document <br />application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />ve map <br />34 , the <br />relevant <br />erning <br />der CEQA. <br />ied this <br />Section 1.
