PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2480 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />OF PLEASANTON DENYING A USE PERMIT APPLICA <br />KENTUCKY FIRED CHICKEN WITHOUT PREJUDICE A <br />CASE UP-84-18 <br />WHEREAS, Kentucky Fried Chicken and Tancor Lease h <br />conditional use permit approval to allow <br />sales window and related facilities at an <br />located at 1803 Santa Rita Road; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Uni <br />Central Commercial District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing the P1 <br />considered all public testimony, relevant e <br />of the City staff concerning this applicati <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission could not make the <br />to approve this application after due con~i <br />of the testimony exhibits and recommendatio <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Denies, without prejudice, the applicati <br />Fried Chicken for a conditional use permit <br />for a drive-through sales window and relate <br />at an existing restaurant located at 1803 S <br />Section 2.
