~ PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />4 STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2481 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF T E CII Y OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMI FOR! <br />FAIRLANDS ASSOCIATES AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-'4-23'I ~ <br />WHEREAS, Fairlands Associates have applied for a cond tio~n~ 1 use permit <br />for a model home and sales office complex, t be l ocated <br />at the northeast corner of the intersection f Kv kcaldy <br />Court and Kirkcaldy Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single- anvil Residential) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 13,I 984 the <br />Planning Commission considered all public to tima~ y, relevant <br />exhibits and recommendations of the City sta f; d <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the propo ed~' cation <br />of the conditional use is in accordance with 'th bjectives <br />of the zoning ordinance and the purposes of he ' strict <br />in which the site is located; and that the p op d location <br />of the conditional use and the conditions un eri ich it <br />would be operated or maintained will not be et ' ental <br />to the public health, safety or welfare, or at ' ally injurious <br />to the properties or improvements in the vi¢ "'ni and that <br />the proposed conditional use will comply wit ' a of the <br />applicable provisions of the zoning ordinanC I <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY 0 . PI'r SANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />l <br />Section 1. Approves case UP-84-23, application of Fa 'rl s Associates <br />-for a condtional use permit for a model home ',an ales <br />office complex, to be located at the nartheg t ner of o0 <br />the intersection of Kirkcaldy Court and Kirk al Street <br />subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit " ached <br />hereto and made part of this case by referee e. <br />l <br />Section 2.
