PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2482 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE <br />PUD-81-30-13D FOR CALLAHAN-PENTZ PROPERTIES <br />WHEREAS, Callahan-Pentz Properties, Pleasanton, have applied <br />for design plan approval for an approximately 41,000 <br />sq. ft. office building to be located an the north <br />side of West Las Positas Boulevard, between Gibraltar <br />Drive and Tassajara Creek; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />Industrial Commercial and Offices District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 13, 1984 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City <br />staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, an environmental impact report was prepared 'in conjunction <br />with the rezoning of the Hacienda Business Park. That <br />EIR foresaw a development of the type proposed on <br />the subject property and analyzed its impact. For <br />this reason, the proposed development i''s not'. considered <br />a new project and no environmental document accompanies <br />this application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE ~ITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-81- <br />of Callahan-Pentz Properties, Pleasant <br />plan approval for an approximately 41, <br />office building to be located on the n <br />West Las Positas Boulevard, between Gi <br />and Tassajara Creek subject to the fol <br />3!0-13D, application <br />n, far design <br />00 sy. ft. <br />~rth aide of <br />raltar Drive <br />owing conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantia ly as shown <br />on the site plan, elevations and 1'ndsc~pe plan, <br />Exhibit A, on file with the Planni g Department. <br />2. That in order to provide a second ccess to the <br />subject site, the driveway along t e western property <br />line shall be extended to Gibralta Drive, at <br />least on a temporary basis until P ase ~ is constructed. <br />An easement over the Phase 2 prope ty shall be <br />granted to the subject property. <br />3. That the-development shall be subj'ct to all conditions <br />of approval of Ordinance No. 1109 eproving the Hacienda <br />Business Park. <br />
