PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2486 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE <br />UPDATE OF THE HOUSING ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL <br />PLAN AS REQUIRED BY §65588(a) OF THE CALIFORNIA <br />GOVERNMENT CODE <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasnton has applied to update the Housing <br />Element of the General Plan as required by §65588(a) <br />of the Government Code. The update consists of an <br />exmination of current housing needs, updated residential <br />site inventory, and a housing program evaluation; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 13, 1984 <br />the Planning Commission recommended approval of the <br />negative declaration prepared for case GP-84-5 after <br />considering all public testimony, relevant exhibits <br />and recommendations fo the City Staff. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves case GP-84-5, recommending approval of <br />~- the Housing Element Update, June 1984, as presented <br />to the Planning Commission at their June 13, 1984 <br />meeting. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 13TH DAY OF JUNE 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Getty, Innes, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairman Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: June 13, 1984 <br />ATTEST: <br />~~~~ <br />Ro ert J.
