PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA ^- STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2487 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A THIRD ONE YEAR EXTENSION OF TENTATIVE MAP TRACT 4850 WHEREAS, Broadmoor Homes recently purchased Tract 4850, an 8-lot single-family residential subdivision on the east side of Muirwood Drive between Lemonwood Way and Laurel Court; and WHEREAS, Tract 4850 was originally approved May 20, 1981 with one year extensions being granted April 14, 1982 and May 25, 1983. The latest extension was scheduled to expire May 19, 1984 but Broadmoor has submitted a request for an additional extension. The Pleasanton Subdivision Ordinance allows the maximum of three one-year extensions to a tentative map; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission is empowered to grant a third extension, and if granted would be the final extension allowed on the map; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 13, 1984 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff; and WHEREAS, an environmental impact report was prepared for the originally approved PUD on the subject property. It considered development of the type proposed on the subject property. For this reason, no further envioonmental documents need be considered with this application; and WHEREAS, Tract 4850 is in conformance with the approved PUD and General Plan land use designation for the subject property. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves a final one-year extension for Tract 4850 subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development be substnatially as shown on the Tentative Map Tract 4850 on file with the City. 2. That approval of this extension is subject to all conditions contained in the report from City Engineer, Exhibit A, to Resolution No. 2002, attached hereto and made part of this caes by reference. ,- 3. That the developer be aware that this is the final one year extension which may be granted under the Pleasanton Subdivision Ordinance.
