PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2488 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING PLANS FOR THE CLOROX COMPANY AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-84-160 WHEREAS, Clorox has applied for design review approval to allow a temporary office to be located at their existing facility at 7200 Johnson Drive; and WHEREAS, the property is zoned I-G (General Industrial) District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 27, 1984 the Planning Commission held a special meeting and discussed all relevant exhibits, heard all public testimony and considered the recommendations of the City staff concerning this application. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves case Z-84-160, application of Clorox Company _ for design review approval to allow a temporary office to be located at their existing facility at 7200 Johnson Drive subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development shall be substantially as shown on the site plan, perspective and elevations, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department. 2. That approval of this case is granted for a period of two years to expire 6/27/86 and that if Clorox wishes to retain the building beyond that period of time, they must reapply to the City for an extension prior to that date. 3. That approval of this project is subject to all Standard Conditionis of Development, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference, except conditons number 1, 6, 12, 22, 28, 29, 33,36, 46, 49, 50 51 and 54. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective the day after notification to City Council. PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE 27TH DAY OF JUNE 1,984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: -- AYES: Commissioners Innes, Wilson and Chairman Doherty NOES: None ABSENT:None ABSTAIN:None
