PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2488 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING PLANS <br />FOR THE CLOROX COMPANY AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />Z-84-160 <br />WHEREAS, Clorox has applied for design review approval to allow <br />a temporary office to be located at their existing facility <br />at 7200 Johnson Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned I-G (General Industrial) District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 27, 1984 <br />the Planning Commission held a special meeting and discussed <br />all relevant exhibits, heard all public testimony and <br />considered the recommendations of the City staff concerning <br />this application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves case Z-84-160, application of Clorox Company <br />_ for design review approval to allow a temporary office <br />to be located at their existing facility at 7200 Johnson <br />Drive subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development shall be substantially as shown <br />on the site plan, perspective and elevations, Exhibit <br />A, on file with the Planning Department. <br />2. That approval of this case is granted for a period <br />of two years to expire 6/27/86 and that if Clorox <br />wishes to retain the building beyond that period <br />of time, they must reapply to the City for an extension <br />prior to that date. <br />3. That approval of this project is subject to all <br />Standard Conditionis of Development, attached hereto <br />and made part of this case by reference, except <br />conditons number 1, 6, 12, 22, 28, 29, 33,36, 46, <br />49, 50 51 and 54. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective the day after <br />notification to City Council. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ON THE 27TH DAY OF JUNE 1,984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />-- AYES: Commissioners Innes, Wilson and Chairman Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT:None <br />ABSTAIN:None <br />
