PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2489 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTGN APPROVING TEMPORARY REAL ESTATE <br />SIGNS FOR CENTERPARK BUSINESS PARK, CASE Z-84-157 <br />WHEREAS, Scott Architectural Graphics have applied for temporary <br />real estate signs for Centerpark Business Park (Meyer <br />Business Park) to be located at the intersection of <br />Stoneridge Drive/Denker Drive and at the intersection <br />of Johnson Drive/Franklin Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />Industrial/Comuercial and Offices District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 27, 1984 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTGN <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves case Z-84-157 as herein described subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That the signs be substantially as shown on the <br />site plan and perspectives, Exhibit A, on file with <br />the Planning Department. <br />2. That approval of these signs is granted for a period <br />of two years lapsing 6/27/86. If $he applicant <br />wishes to retain the signs after that date, separate <br />design approval must be applied for and granted <br />prior to the termination of case Z-84-157. <br />3. That there shall be no additional signing on the <br />subject property without prior City approval. <br />4. That the applicant apply for and be issued all required <br />permits prior to intstallation of the signs. <br />Section 2. This resoluton shall become effective the day after <br />notification to the City Council. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ON THE 27TH DAY OF JUNE 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES Commissioners Innes, Wilson and Chairman Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: June 27, 1984 <br />
