PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2489 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTGN APPROVING TEMPORARY REAL ESTATE SIGNS FOR CENTERPARK BUSINESS PARK, CASE Z-84-157 WHEREAS, Scott Architectural Graphics have applied for temporary real estate signs for Centerpark Business Park (Meyer Business Park) to be located at the intersection of Stoneridge Drive/Denker Drive and at the intersection of Johnson Drive/Franklin Drive; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- Industrial/Comuercial and Offices District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 27, 1984 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTGN RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves case Z-84-157 as herein described subject to the following conditions: 1. That the signs be substantially as shown on the site plan and perspectives, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department. 2. That approval of these signs is granted for a period of two years lapsing 6/27/86. If $he applicant wishes to retain the signs after that date, separate design approval must be applied for and granted prior to the termination of case Z-84-157. 3. That there shall be no additional signing on the subject property without prior City approval. 4. That the applicant apply for and be issued all required permits prior to intstallation of the signs. Section 2. This resoluton shall become effective the day after notification to the City Council.
