PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2490 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />FOR STONESON DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FILED UDNER <br />CASE UP-84-27 <br />WHEREAS, Stoneson Development Corporation have applied fqr a conditional <br />use permit to allow the establishment and operation of <br />a s subdivision sales office and model home complex in <br />three residential units located at the southeast corner <br />of Springdale Avenue and Stonedale Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development)-High <br />Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 27, 1984 <br />the Planning Commission considered all relevant documents, <br />public hearing and recommendation of the City staff; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed location <br />of the conditional use is in accord with the objectives <br />of the Zoning Ordinance and the purposes of the district <br />in which the site is located; and that the proposed location <br />of the conditional use and the conditions under which <br />it would be operated or maintained will not be detriemental <br />to the public health, safety or be materially injurious <br />to properties or improvements in the vicinity; and that <br />the proposed conditional use will comply with each of <br />the applicable provisions of the ordinance code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE ICTY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves case UP-84-27, application of Stoneson Development <br />Corporation for a conditional use permit to allow the <br />establishment and operation of a model home complex to <br />be located at the southeast corner of Springdale Ave1~e <br />and Stonedale Drive subject to the conditions shown on <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case <br />by reference. <br />Section 2. This application shall become effective 15 days after <br />the date of approval unless an appeal has been received <br />prior to that time. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 27TH DAY OF JUNE 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Innes, Wilson and Chairman Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />
