PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2492 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP <br />TRACT 5333 FOR FAR WEST ASSOCIATES <br />WHEREAS, Far West Associates has applied to subdivide the approximately <br />4.7 acre site located on the south side of Vineyard <br />Aveeue immediately west of the residences on the west <br />side of Mavis Drive into 13 separate parcels; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of July 11, 1984 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public input, <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City <br />staff concerning this proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that this subdivision <br />would be in conformance with the zoning and general <br />plan land use designation for the subject site. <br />.- NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOIWNG: <br />Section 1. Approves Tentative Map Tract 5333 for Far West Associates <br />to subvidide the approximately 4.7 acre site located <br />on the south side of Vineyard Avenue immediately west <br />of the residences on the west side of Mavis Drive into <br />13 separate parcels subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the project be substantially as shown on Tentative <br />Map Tract 5333 on file with the City. <br />2. That the applicant shall meet all requirements <br />of Ordinance No. 1138, approving the PUD on the <br />subject property.. <br />3. That the applicant shall construct a temporary <br />fence at the front of the property and wherever <br />else needed and that the developer shall work diligently <br />to solve the dust problem created by this construction. <br />4. That approval of this case is subject to all conditions <br />contained in the report from the City Engineer <br />dated 7/11/84, attached hereto and made part of <br />this case by reference. <br />
