PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2493 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR HOPYARD PRESCHOOL AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-84-24 <br />WHEREAS, Hopyard Preschool has applied for a conditional use <br />permit to enlarge an existing preschool from 60 to <br />120 children located at 1251 Hopyard Road; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-family <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of July 11, 1984 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application including all environmental <br />impacts of the proposed use; and <br />WHEREAS, an Initial Study prepared by the City Staff indicated <br />there would not be a significant adverse impact on <br />the environment should this conditional use permit <br />be approved. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves a Negative Declaration for case UP-84-24 <br />the application of Hopyard Preschool to enlarge an <br />existing preschool from 60 to 120 children located <br />at 1251 Hopyard Road. <br />Section 2.
