PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />' E COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />~- ~ 1 STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2495 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF <br />CASE PUD-81-30-14D FOR HACIENDA BUSINESS PARK <br />WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company has applied for design <br />review approval of a 65,000 sq. ft. office/industrial <br />building proposed to be constructed on the approximaely <br />4.75 acre parcel located on the west sdie of Willow <br />Road opposite Gibraltar Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />Industrial/Commercial and Offices District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of July 11, 1984 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public input, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, an environmental impact report was prepared in conjunciton <br />with the zoning of the Hacienda Business Park. A project <br />of this type on the subject property was considered <br />within the scope of that EIR. For this reason, case <br />PUD-81-30-14D is not considered to be a new project, <br />and therefore, no environmental documents accompany <br />this case. <br />NOW,THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-81-30-14D, application <br />of Prudential Insurance Company for design review of <br />a 65,000 sq. ft. office/industrial building proposed <br />to be constructed on the approximately 4.75 acre parcel <br />located on the west side of Willow Road opposite Gibraltar <br />Drive subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown <br />on the site plan, elevations, floor plan and landscape <br />plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department. <br />2. That approval of case PUD-81-30-14D is subject <br />to all conditions of approval of case MS-82-13 <br />approving parcel map number 3858. <br />3. That the development shall be subject to all conditions <br />of approval of Ordinance No. 1109, reapproving <br />Hacienda Business Park. <br />4. That this development is subject to all Standard <br />Conditions of Development, attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference except conditions <br />12, 29, 33, 35, 36, 46 and 49. <br />
