PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2498 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON TO ALLOW THE INSTALLATION AND OPERATION OF A LIMITED SERVICE BANKING FACILITY FILED UNDER CASE UP-84-30 WHEREAS,Bank of America has applied for a conditional use permit to allow the installation and operation of a limited service banking facility in the Chabot Center office building located at 4637 Chabot Drive; and WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development)- Industrial, Commercial and Offices District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of July 11, 1984 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commisison found that the proposed location of the conditional use is in accord with the objectives of the zoning ordinance and the purposes of the district in which the site is located; that the proposed location of the conditional use and the conditions under which it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or be materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity; and that the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of the ordinance code NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves case UP-84-30, application of the Bank of America for a conditional use permit to allow the installation and operation of a limited servicing banking facility at 4637 Chabot Drive subject to the following conditions: 1. That this use permit is granted solely for a limited service banking facility to be located in approximately 900 sq. ft. of ground floor of the Chabot Center office building located at 4637 Chabot Drive as shown on the site plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department.
