PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2498 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON TO ALLOW THE INSTALLATION AND OPERATION <br />OF A LIMITED SERVICE BANKING FACILITY FILED UNDER CASE <br />UP-84-30 <br />WHEREAS,Bank of America has applied for a conditional use permit <br />to allow the installation and operation of a limited <br />service banking facility in the Chabot Center office <br />building located at 4637 Chabot Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />Industrial, Commercial and Offices District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of July 11, 1984 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commisison found that the proposed location <br />of the conditional use is in accord with the objectives <br />of the zoning ordinance and the purposes of the district <br />in which the site is located; that the proposed location <br />of the conditional use and the conditions under which <br />it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental <br />to the public health, safety, or welfare, or be materially <br />injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity; <br />and that the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of the ordinance <br />code <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves case UP-84-30, application of the Bank <br />of America for a conditional use permit to allow the <br />installation and operation of a limited servicing banking <br />facility at 4637 Chabot Drive subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That this use permit is granted solely for a limited <br />service banking facility to be located in approximately <br />900 sq. ft. of ground floor of the Chabot Center <br />office building located at 4637 Chabot Drive as <br />shown on the site plan, Exhibit A, on file with <br />the Planning Department. <br />
