PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON "- COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2499 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE RZ-84-8, PREZONING 8 ACRES ON VINEYARD AVENUE WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone the approximately 8 acre site on the north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Mavis Drive to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential District or to any other zoning district consistent with the General Plan as a result of recent annexation of that property; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of July 11, 1984 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this proposal including the environmental impacts of the prezoning; and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by Staff indicated that prezoning the subject property to Planned Unit Development- -- Medium Density Residential District would have no significant adverse effect on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends the Negative Declaration prepared for case RZ-84-8 be adopted. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
