PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />"- COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2499 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE RZ-84-8, PREZONING <br />8 ACRES ON VINEYARD AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone the approximately <br />8 acre site on the north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite <br />Mavis Drive to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium <br />Density Residential District or to any other zoning <br />district consistent with the General Plan as a result <br />of recent annexation of that property; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of July 11, 1984 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this proposal including the environmental <br />impacts of the prezoning; and <br />WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by Staff indicated that <br />prezoning the subject property to Planned Unit Development- <br />-- Medium Density Residential District would have no significant <br />adverse effect on the environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends the Negative Declaration prepared for <br />case RZ-84-8 be adopted. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 11TH DAY OF JULY 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Getty, Innes, Wellman and Vice Chairman <br />Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Lindsey and Chairman Doherty <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: July 19, 1984 <br />ATTEST: ~,~ 1 ~.. <br />_.
