Agreement"), dated as of April 22, 1986 and recorded May 1, 1986, as Instrument No. 86-103893, relating to Parcel Map 3863, Official Records of Alameda County, California; WHEREAS, Ca}ifornia Governmental Code Sections 65865.1 requires annual review by City of compliance with the Phase I Development Agreement and the Phase II Development Agreement (collectively, "Development Agreements"), in accordance with the procedures established by City; and WHEREAS, City has received substantial factual evidence of good faith compliance with the terms of the Development Agreements, in accordance with the procedures established by City; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON HEREBY DOES FIND AND DETERMINE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Findinqs. (a) The actions, programs of public works construction, economic investments, policies, and technical and legal analyses undertaken in fulfillment of the Developmetn Agreements hereby are found to comply with the terms of the Phase I Development Agreement in that they satisfy each of the general objectives and specific requirements set forth in the Phase I Development Agreement that applied to Phase I during the interval commencing March 1, 1988 and ending February 28, 1989. (b) The actions, programs of public works constructions, economic investments, policies, and technical and legal analyses undertaken in fulfillment of the Development Agreements hereby are found to comply with the terms of the Phase II Development Agreement in that they satisfy each of the general objectives and specific requirements set forth in the Phase II Development Agreement that applied to Phase II during the interval commencing March 1, 1988 and ending February 28, 1989.
