CITY COUNCIL CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 89-92 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CASE RZ-89-2, THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PI~ASANTON TO PREZONE THE BONDE PROPERTY WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone an approximately 100 acre site located on both sides of Bernal avenue generally between Independence Drive and Angela Street to the "A" (Agricultural) District or to any other zoning district consistent with the General Plan; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 21, 1989, the City Council received and reviewed the Initial Study dated February 2, 1989, and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposal would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for Case RZ-89-2, application of the City of Pleasanton to prezone an approximately 100 acre site located on both sides of Bernal avenue generally between Independence Drive and Angela Street to the "A" (Agricultural) District or to any other zoning district consistent with the General Plan. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
