CITY COUNCIL CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 89-91 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CASE RZ-89-1, THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PT2ASANTON FOR A PREZONING WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone an approximately 5.9 acre site located on the west side of Foothill Road southwest of the intersection of Racoon Hollow Court and Foothill Road to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Rural Density Residential District or to any other district consistent with the General Plan; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 21, 1989, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for RZ-89-1; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated January 31, 1989 and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held February 21, 1989 at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposal would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for Case RZ-89-1, the application of the City of Pleasanton to prezone an approximately 5.9 acre site located on the west side of Foothill Road southwest of the intersection of Racoon Hollow Court and Foothill Road to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Rural Density Residential District.
