CITY COUNCIL CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-91 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br /> CASE RZ-89-1, THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PT2ASANTON <br /> FOR A PREZONING <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone an <br /> approximately 5.9 acre site located on the west side of <br /> Foothill Road southwest of the intersection of Racoon <br /> Hollow Court and Foothill Road to the PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development) - Rural Density Residential District or to <br /> any other district consistent with the General Plan; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 21, 1989, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for RZ-89-1; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated January 31, 1989 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held February 21, 1989 <br /> at which time the public was given the opportunity to <br /> comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposal would not have <br /> any significant adverse effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for Case RZ-89-1, <br /> the application of the City of Pleasanton to prezone an <br /> approximately 5.9 acre site located on the west side of <br /> Foothill Road southwest of the intersection of Racoon <br /> Hollow Court and Foothill Road to the PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development) - Rural Density Residential District. <br /> <br /> <br />
