CITY COUNCIL CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 89-90 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CASE PUD-88-11, THE APPLICATION OF JO}~NALTIERI, R, MARSHALLAND RAY THOMPSON WHEREAS, John Altieri, R. Marshall and Ray Thompson have applied for Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval for a 21 parcel, single-family residential project to be located on an approximately 12.3 acre site located generally in the area on the north side of the western terminus of Rose Avenue; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 21, 1989, the City Council received and reviewed the Initial Study dated September 30, 1988 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposal would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for Case PUD-88-11, the application of John Altieri, R. Marshall, and Ray Thompson for Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval for a 21-parcel single-family residential project to be located on an approximately 12.3 acre site located generally in the area on the north side of the western terminus of Rose Avenue. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
