inspection. Prior to the occupancy of a building having a fire alarm system, the <br />Fire Department shall test and witness the operation of the fire alarm system. <br />56. All portions of the building covered by this approval shall have installed and <br />operating, fire extinguishers with a minimum 2-A:10-B:C rating. The fire <br />extinguishers shall be located within a 75-foot radius of each other. <br />57. The applicant shall submit the design of the EVA gate to the Fire Marshall for <br />review and approval prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br />58. The applicant shall show turning radius details on the parking lot circulation plan <br />for the review and approval by the Fire Marshal. The driveway shall be designed <br />to hold the load of loaded fire truck, and is subject to the review and approval by <br />the Fire Marshal prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br />59. The applicant shall provide a fire hydrant for the proposed development. The <br />details of the fire hydrant shall be submitted to the Fire Marshal for review and <br />approval prior to occupancy. <br />Engineering Requirements: <br />60. The applicant shall submit a detailed sanitary sewer design for the review and <br />approval by the City Engineer prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />61. All utilities required to serve the proposed development on-site shall be installed <br />underground. <br />62. The project developer shall submit a refundable cash bond for hazard and <br />erosion control prior to issuance of an Engineering or Building and Safety <br />Division permit. The amount of this bond will be determined by the City <br />Engineer. <br />63. The haul route for all materials to and from this development shall be approved <br />by the City Engineer prior to the issuance of an encroachment permit. <br />64. The project developer shall submit a dust control plan or procedure as part of the <br />building permit plans. <br />65. Storm drainage swales shall be privately maintained by the property owner. <br />66. The design of the water supply systems shall be subject to the review and <br />approval of the City Engineer. <br />67. Any damage to existing public streets during construction on the subject property <br />shall be repaired to the satisfaction of the City Engineer at full expense to the <br />9 <br />
