<br />solar collectors shall be of the same building design <br />elements and color. The use of separate mechanical <br />~" screen fence design shall be discouraged with all <br />screening designed and approved at the Design Review <br />Board approval stage. <br />24. That no materials, supplies or equipment including company <br />owned or operated trucks and motor vehicles shall be stored <br />in any area on a site except inside or behind a solid visual <br />barrier which screens such areas from surrounding properties <br />and public streets, each barrier shall be at least 6 ft. <br />in height. <br />25. That prior to finaling a final map on the subject property <br />CC&Rs shall be approved by the City Attorney. If there are <br />commonly owned areas, the CC&Rs shall provide for a property <br />owner's association with sufficient power to manage all such <br />areas. The City shall be named as- beneficiary of such CC&Rs <br />and shall be granted the power to enforce its provisions if <br />the property owner's association fails to do so. - <br />26. That this overall project and each individual site development <br />shall be subject to the provisions of the City's Fire Code <br />and nationally recognized standards, where applicable, relative <br />to fire, life safety. <br />27. That no building shall be constructed on the subject site <br />until an adequate water supply is available for the particular <br />~- structure as identified in "A Water Distribution and SuPPly <br />Study of the North Central and North West Portions of the <br />Lower Pressure Zone." (December 1981) <br />28. That no temporary agricultural use shall be permitted <br />within the bounds of the proposed project which causes <br />a fire hazard. <br />29. That all flood control channels and all adjacent easements <br />within the subject property shall be maintained free from <br />fire hazards at all times. <br />30. That all fire hydrant locations shall be marked in the <br />street by blue reflective street markers to Fire Depart- <br />ment standards. <br />31. That all construction plans shall be reviewed and approved <br />by the Fire Department to ensure that Fire Code requirements <br />are met prior to issuance of building permits. <br />32. That as each building site is developed an "as-built" <br />drawing conforming to Fire Department standards, shall <br />be submitted for approval prior to final inspection. <br />33.
