The mitigation measure to leave gaps <br />in landscaping to afford views and retain <br />panoramic views of Pleasanton Ridge from site is <br />infeasible. <br />a.2 Fact. A planned streetscape scene comprises the <br />unifying aesthetic concept of the Project and is <br />a major factor in marketing the Project. <br />a.3 Fact. The high standards and abundant urban <br />landscaping would be beneficial in softening the <br />urban environment by minimizing dust, certain <br />pollutants and noise. <br />A. Significant Effect. Temporary disturbance of site <br />and channels during construction. <br />b.l Finding. The mitigation measure incorporated <br />into the Project to reduce temporary disturbance <br />substantially lessens the effect. <br />b.2 Fact. Condition No. 68 requires that all <br />requirements of the California Department of <br />Fish and Game be met, including revegetation. <br />XI. Archaeology. <br />Significant Effect. Potential disturbance of known <br />archaeological sites and/or disturbance of unknown <br />sites in areas of high archaeological sensitivity. <br />Finding.
