PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2384 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A GENERAL PLAN LAND <br />USE CHANGE AS FILED UNDER CASE GP-83-8 <br />WHEREAS, as a result of previous testimony concerning the 6.6 acre <br />site located at the southwest corner of Stoneridge Drive <br />and I-680 at their duly noticed public hearing of August <br />24, 1983, the Planning Commission initiated a general plan <br />land use change for this site from "High Density Residential <br />to "Medium Density Residential;" and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 9, 1983 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />as well as recommending approval of the negative declaration <br />of environmental impacts for this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends that the 6.6 acre site located at the southwest <br />corner of Stoneridge Drive and I-680 be changed from "High <br />Density Residential" to "Medium Density Residential." <br />Section 2.
