PLANNING COMMISSION <br />- CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2385 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISISON OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 5164 FOR VALLEY <br />PLAZA VILLAGES II <br />WHEREAS, John Ferreri and Duncan Matteson have applied to subdivide <br />approximately 8.8 acres into 10 townhouse, and two other <br />lots on the north side of Valley Avenue just west of Valley <br />Plaza Center; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-High <br />Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 9, 1983 <br />relevantnexhibimts1andorecommendationslofuthe1Citysstaffy '~ <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the tentative map for Tract <br />5164 to be in conformance with the PUD zoning and development <br />- plan approval for the subject site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Sec t_ io~l. Approves Tract 5164 application of John Ferreri and Duncan <br />Matteson to subdivide approximately 8.8 acres into 10 townhouse <br />and two other lots on the north side of Valley Avenue subject <br />to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
