PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2386 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR MC BAIL COMPANY AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-83-47 WHEREAS, McBail Company has applied for a conditional use permit to operate a model home complex consisting of three model homes and related facilities on three lots located on the east side of Gulfstream Street opposite Whitehall Court; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 9, 1983 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City Staff; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that a) the proposed location of the conditional use is in accordance with the objectives of the Zoning Ordinance and the purposes of the district _ in which the site is located; b) that the proposed location of the conditional use and the conditions under which it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious to the p_~operties or improvements in the vicinity; and c) that the propossed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMIMSISON OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ~ RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves case UP-83-47, application of McBail Company --for a model home complex subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this caase by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE 9TH DAY OF NOVEMBER 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairman Jamieson NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None DATE: November 9, 1983
