PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2386 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING <br />A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR MC BAIL COMPANY AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE UP-83-47 <br />WHEREAS, McBail Company has applied for a conditional use permit to <br />operate a model home complex consisting of three model homes <br />and related facilities on three lots located on the east <br />side of Gulfstream Street opposite Whitehall Court; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 9, 1983 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City Staff; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that a) the proposed location <br />of the conditional use is in accordance with the objectives <br />of the Zoning Ordinance and the purposes of the district <br />_ in which the site is located; b) that the proposed location <br />of the conditional use and the conditions under which it <br />would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental <br />to the public health, safety, or welfare, or materially <br />injurious to the p_~operties or improvements in the vicinity; <br />and c) that the propossed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMIMSISON OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ~ <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves case UP-83-47, application of McBail Company <br />--for a model home complex subject to the conditions shown <br />on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this caase <br />by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ON THE 9TH DAY OF NOVEMBER 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairman Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: November 9, 1983 <br />
