PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2388 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A GENERAL <br />PLAN AMENDMENT FOR MURRAY SCHOOL DISTRICT AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE GP-83-14 <br />WHEREAS, Murray School District has applied to amend the general plan <br />land use designation on an approximately 11.9 acre site <br />located on the north side of Muirwood Drive between Springdale <br />Avenue and Forest Hill Drive from "Schools" to "Medium Density <br />Residential;" and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 9, 1983 <br />the Planning Commission reviewed all relevant exhibits, public <br />testimony and recommendation of the City staff; and <br />WHEREAS, as at this same public hearing the Planning Commission recommended <br />approval of the negative declaration prepared for this application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends that the 11.9 acre school site located on the <br />" north side of Muirwood Drive between Springdale Avenue and <br />Forest Hill Drive be changed from "Schools" to "Medium Density <br />Residential." <br />Section 2.
