PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2395 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING A CHANGE TO CONDITION N0. 63 OF ORDINANCE N0. 973 FOR THE MEYER BUSINESS PARK LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF HOPYARD ROAD AND STONERIDGE DRIVE AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-80-16 WHEREAS, in order to treat the major industrial commercial developments within the City of Pleasanton equally concerning traffic level of service as it relates to mitigation measures the City Council initiated a change to the ordinance as it relates to case PUD-80-16; and WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of November 21, 1983, the Planning Commission reviewed the proposed wording of the proposed ordinance change; and WHEREAS, the City staff has recommended to the Planning Commission that the wording on Exhibit "A" be incorporated into project conditions of approval for the business park herein described; and WHEREAS, the wording recommended incorporates the desires of the General Plan Review Committee as stated at the duly noticed public hearing of the Planning Commission on October 26, 1983 with regard to Hacienda Business Park consideration; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission feels that all developments should be treated equally. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section las shown ondExhibitCoAdiattached hereto andnincorporated hereinnbydreference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
