EXHIBIT "A" <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2203 PUD-87-30-4D 8/4/84 <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on the site plans, elevations, <br />landscape plans, perspectives and floor plans, Exhibit A, for case PUD-81-30-1D <br />to 7D, all on file with the Planning Division. <br />2. That the Traffic Analysis required by Condition No. 2 of Ordinance No. 1040 <br />(approving case PUD-81-30) shall be carried out to determine if any of the inter- <br />sections listed in that condition will reach LOS E as a result of potential <br />traffic generated by the buildings included under cases PUD-81-30-1D to 7D. <br />If LOS E may be reached at any of those intersections, construction shall be <br />commenced on facilities necessary to keep traffic levels at LOS D or better or <br />building permits shall not be issued for the structure(s) which might cause LOS <br />D to be exceeded. <br />3. That all landscaping on all sites shall be as shown on the landscape plans <br />included as part of Exhibits A, for cases PUD-81-30-1D to 7D. <br />4. That the colors of all buildings shall be submitted to the Planning Division for <br />approval prior to issuance of building permits. <br />5. That approval of cases PUD-81-30-1D to 7D is subject to.~all conditions of <br />approval of Ordinance No. 1040. <br />6. That all Pleasanton Fire Department requirements shall be met. <br />7. That the garage in the five story building proposed for lot 9 shall be <br />redesigned to provide two points of access. This redesign shall be subject <br />to the approval of the Fire Chief. <br />8. That access to the garage in the building proposed for lot 9 shall be controlled <br />in a manner approved by the Police Department. <br />9. In satisfaction of condition 15 of Ordinance 1040 the fifth story balcony <br />railings of the building proposed for lot 9 shall be no higher than 65 ft. above <br />the finished grade of the building. A laddering system from all 5th story <br />balconies to the roofs of the building shall be designed and installed to the <br />satisfaction of the Fire Chief. <br />// <br />
