PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />- COUNTY OF ALAPIEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2206 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION <br />OF THE PACIFIC TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE PUD-81-30-8D <br />WHEREAS, Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company has applied for development <br />plan approval of a 16,800 sq. ft. building and related facilities <br />on an approximately 1.6 acre site located on the west side of <br />Willow Road, approximately 600 ft. north of the intersection of <br />Stoneridge Drive and Willow Road; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Industrial/ <br />Commercial and Offices District; and <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the development plan <br />of the subject site (.PUD-81-30) including the typical architectural and <br />site designs for individual lots, and there are no changed <br />circumstances or new information requiring additional environmental <br />review; therefore, this application does not constitute a new <br />project under CEQA and no new environmental documents accompany this <br />_ application; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of August 11, 1982, the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony and related exhibits relevant <br />to this application; and <br />WHEREAS, PUD-81a3~~a9dCthe~GeneralaPlanunandhat the project is consistent with <br />WHEREAS, there was concern with a pad mounted transformer at the front of the <br />building and, therefore, it should either be undergrounded or <br />moved to the rear of the structure and properly screened. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLO~r1ING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-81-30-8D as described above per <br />the conditions shown as Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made part of <br />this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
