T0: <br />FROM: <br />SUBJECT: <br />MEMORANDUM <br />Date 8/11/82 <br />Planning Commission <br />Engineering Services - City Engineer <br />Staff Report for Tentative Map <br />Tract 5079 <br />This development is recommended for approval subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the developer dedicate, in fee, to the City for <br />street right-of-way purposes those parcels of land <br />intended to be public streets and shown on the <br />tentative map as Vine Street and Birch Creek Drive. <br />2. That the developer dedicate a grant of easement to <br />the City over those parcels shown on the tentative <br />map as public service easements (P.S.E.). <br />3. That approval of the design for the line, grade, and <br />structural sections for the streets serving this <br />development be withheld pending final design and review <br />by the City Engineer. <br />4. That the developer secure <br />Director for all proposed <br />of the final map. <br />approval from the Planning <br />street names prior to submittal <br />5. That vertical P.C.C. curbs and gutters be constructed <br />within this development unless otherwise approved by <br />the City Engineer and that the curb and gutter be <br />poured monolithically with the sidewalk when the <br />sidewalk is adjacent. <br />6.
