PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2207 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING <br />TRACT 5079 AS FILED BY MILDRED VALLARINO AND HARRIS <br />REALTY <br />WHEREAS, ;•1ildred Vallarino and Harris Realty Company have <br />applied to subdivide an approximately 4.7 acre site <br />into 62 parcels, located on the north side of <br />Vineyard Avenue at the intersection of Amador Court and <br />Vineyard Avenue; and <br />4JHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />High Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of August 11, 1982 <br />the Planning Commission considered all pertinent documents <br />and public testimony concerning this tract; and <br />WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map 5079 is in accordance with the <br />approved Planned Unit Development zoning of the subject <br />property. <br />fJOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLL04JING: <br />Section 1. Approves Tract 5079 as filed by Mildred Vallarino and <br />Harris Realty subject to the conditions attached hereto <br />as Exhibit A and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
