PLANNING COMMISSION <br />_ CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2208 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE. PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL <br />IMPACT REPORT PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-82-13 AS FILED BY <br />CASTLEWOOD PROPERTIES, INC. <br />WHEREAS, Castlewood Properties, Inc. applied for planned unit development <br />zoning and development plan approval for a 24-unit single-family <br />residential project proposed for the approximately 48 acre <br />site located on the west side of Foothill Road northwest of <br />its intersection with Bernal Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is currently zoned HPD (Hillside Planned <br />Development) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of August 11, 1982 the <br />Planning Commission considered the Environmental Impact <br />Report (Volume 1 and 2) as well as all pertinent documents <br />and public testimony concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission certifies that the Environmental <br />- Impact Report prepared for the project PUD-82-13 has been <br />completed in compliance with. the provisions of the California <br />Environmental Quality Act, that the Commission certifies <br />that it has reviewed and considered the information in the <br />Environmental Impact Report, that the Commission found that <br />there are potentially significant impacts associated with this <br />project as outlined in the document titled "Proposed <br />Environmental Impact Findings" relating to aesthetics, soils, <br />geology and fire protection; but that the Commission further <br />found that the reeemateade& conditions of approval would reduce <br />those impacts to an insignificant level. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Environmental Impact Report <br />prepared for case PUD-82-13 as described above. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 11th day of August 1482 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson and Chairperson Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSTAIN: Commissioner Wilson <br />-'•SENT: None <br />DATE: August 11, 1982 <br />ATTEST: <br />Robert J.
