PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON - COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2208 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMEPIDING APPROVAL OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-82-13 AS FILED BY CASTLEWOOD PROPERTIES, INC. WHEREAS, Castlewood Properties, Inc. has applied for planned unit development zoning and development plan approval for a 24-unit single-family residential project proposed for the approximately 48 acre site located on the west side of Foothill Road northwest of its intersection with Bernal Avenue; and WHEREAS, the property is currently zoned HPD (Hillside Planned Development) District; and Ydl-IEREAS, it was determined that an Environmental Impact Report was necessary for this project and the EIR was prepared; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held wherein testimony was taken as to the completeness and adequacy of the Environmental Impact Report; and WHEREAS, the City Staff recommended that the EIR is complete and adequate and meets the requirements of CEQA and state and local guidelines; NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Certifies that the Planning Commission has read and considered the material contained in the Environmental Impact Report and found it to be complete, adequate and in compliance with the requirements of CEQA and state and local guidelines. ..^.ection 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
