PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />- COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2208 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RECOMMEPIDING APPROVAL OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT PREPARED <br />FOR CASE PUD-82-13 AS FILED BY CASTLEWOOD PROPERTIES, INC. <br />WHEREAS, Castlewood Properties, Inc. has applied for planned unit development <br />zoning and development plan approval for a 24-unit single-family <br />residential project proposed for the approximately 48 acre site <br />located on the west side of Foothill Road northwest of its <br />intersection with Bernal Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is currently zoned HPD (Hillside Planned Development) <br />District; and <br />Ydl-IEREAS, it was determined that an Environmental Impact Report was necessary <br />for this project and the EIR was prepared; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held wherein testimony was taken as to the <br />completeness and adequacy of the Environmental Impact Report; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff recommended that the EIR is complete and adequate <br />and meets the requirements of CEQA and state and local guidelines; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Certifies that the Planning Commission has read and considered <br />the material contained in the Environmental Impact Report and found <br />it to be complete, adequate and in compliance with the requirements <br />of CEQA and state and local guidelines. <br />..^.ection 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its <br />passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED ON THE 11TH DAY OF AUGUST 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson and Chairperson Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSTAIN: Commissioner Wilson <br />ABSENT: None <br />DATE: August 11, 1982 <br />ATTEST: r/ ~~~~ . <br />Robert J.
