PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2211 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OFTHE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING THE NEGATIVE DECLAMATION PREPARED FOR CASE UP-82-13, APPLICATION OF PROFICIE T FOOD COMPANY AND SCHOLASTIC MAGAZINES, INC} WHEREAS, Proficient Food Company and Scholastic Magzines, I c. have applied for a conditional use permit or a 92, 00 sq. ft, food service warehousing facility ocated a 5675 Sunol Boulevard. Zoning for the property is I-P (Industrial Park) District; and I WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of Auc}ust 30, 982 the Planning Commission received a propose,`iT negativ declaration for case UP-82-13; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and r Initial Study for this project and receive mendation of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on P and the public was given the opportuity to the environmental impacts of the proposed use permit; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the p impacts in accordance with the applicable local guidelines governing the preparation declarations and environmental impact repo iewed the r st 30,1 1982 ntial to and and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City sta f indicat d that there would not be any significant im acts upon the environment by approving the use permit and adoption of the negative declaration prepared for this case. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that based upon the review of the Initial Study and the testimony and ocumenta y evidence presented at the public hearing that there ill been signi- ficant adverse impacts on the environment a a resin of the proposed conditional use permit.
