PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2212 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION 0~' THE CIT ~' <br /> OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITINAL USE PERMIT <br /> FOR PROFICIENT FOOD COMPANY AND SCHOLASTIC MAGAZIN ES, <br /> INC. AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-82-13. <br />WHEREAS, Proficient Food Company and Scholastic Maggazines, nc. <br /> have applied for a conditional use permitl for a 92 000 <br /> sq, ft. food service warehousing facility''located t <br /> 5675 Sunol Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is I-P (Industrial Park) D ~strict; <br /> and <br />l <br />WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration of Environmental Impacts wa adopted <br /> by the Planning Commission at their duly ~hoticed p blic <br /> hearing of August 30, 1982 after the Planing Comm ssion <br /> considered all public input and pertinentldocument as <br /> well as the recommendation of the City st$ff; and <br />'~ WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed to ation of <br /> the conditional use is in accord with the',objectiv s of <br /> Title II of the Ordinance Code and the purposes of the <br /> district in which the site is located; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed to ation of <br /> the conditional use and the conditions under which it would <br /> be operated or maintained will not be detrimental o the <br /> public health, safety or welfare or be materially ' njurious <br /> to properties or improvements in the vicinity; ands <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed co ditional <br /> use will comply with each of the applicable provis. ons of <br /> Title II of the Ordinance Code of the Cityt of Plea anton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES TIDE FOLLOWI NG: <br />Section 1. Approves case UP-82-13, the application of Profi cient Food <br /> Company and Scholastic Magazines, Inc. for a condit ional use <br /> permit for a 92,000 sq. ft, food service wlarehousin facility <br /> located at 5675 Sunol Boulevard subject to the foll wing <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. That the Development be substantially has shown ~ n the <br /> site plan, elevations, landscape plan 'hand persp ctive, <br /> Exhibit A, on file with the Planning D'wvision a cept for <br /> the modifications described in the staff report to the <br /> Design Review Board dated 8/30/82 for case Z-62 107. <br />
