PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2213 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE ADOPTION OF A NEGATIVE DECLARATION AS PREPARED FOR CASE RZ-82-12, APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone an approximately 6.2 acre site located at 5226 Foothill Road to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential/Open Space District or to any other zoning district consistent with the General Plan; and WHEREAS, at their meeting of September 8, 1982 the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for case RZ-82-12; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated August 12, 1982 and received the recommendation of the staff; a~d WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on September 8, 1982 and the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed prezoning; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing ' the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact ', reports; and I WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated that there would not be any significant impacts upon the environment by approving the prezoning as filed under case RZ-82-12. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that based upon the review of the ''~, Initial Study and the testimony and documentary evidence presented '~, at the public hearing that there will be no significant adverse impacts on the environment as a result of the prezoning of the subject property. '. Section 2. Recommends approval of the negative declaration prepared for case RZ-82-12 application of the City of Pleasanton as described above. -1-
