-- PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2215 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION O THE CITY', <br />OF PLEASANTON AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2150 WHICH '; <br />AMENDS CONDITIONS NO. 3 AND 5 OF THAT APP OVAL AS <br />FILED UNDER CASE UP-82-2. ' <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission approved a conditional use hermit <br />to operate an electronic game room approx'mately 18',77 sq. <br />ft. in size with thirty-five games, more r less,. ajt <br />4301 Valley Avenue at their duly noticed ublic hearing <br />of March 10, 1982; and ', <br />WHEREAS, Condition No. 3 of Exhibit A to Resolutio No. 21501 <br />requires that after 6:00 p.m. there shall be at le st <br />two adult supervisors on duty on the prem'ses on F idays, <br />Saturdays and preholidays and the applica t reques ed <br />that "as required by the Planning Directo be add d to <br />this paragraph; and ', <br />_ WHEREAS, Condition No. S of'UP-82-2 requires that t}he approvled use <br />permit be reviewed ih six months by the P arming C mmission <br />to determine if additional conditions of ~peration~ are <br />necessary; and i ', <br />WHEREAS, there have been no complaints received by~any member of <br />the City of Pleasanton staff or by the P1 nning Co~mission <br />members themselves concerning this conditional usei,at <br />4301 Valley Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the pr posed l,oc~ation of <br />the conditional use as proposed to be ame ded, is ~n accord <br />with the objectives of Chapter 2, Title I of the rdinance <br />Code of the City of Pleasanton and the pu poses of the <br />district in which the site is located; an <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the location of~the <br />conditional use is in accord with the obj@ctives o <br />Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code 'of the C'ty of <br />Pleasanton and purposes of the district it which t e <br />site is located; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the location of 'the <br />conditional use under which it would be operated a d <br />maintained will not be detrimental to the ',public h alth, <br />safety or welfare or be materially injurious to pr perties <br />or improvements in the vicinity; and <br />
