PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2216 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION O: <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING THAT VALLEY PLAZA <br />BE GRANTED A WAIVER OF A PORTION OF THEIR <br />FEES <br />WHEREAS, the developers of the Valley Plaza apartm <br />under construction on the south side of V <br />immediately west of the Amador Center are <br />that the City waive at least a portion of <br />in lieu park dedication fees; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 2-4.31 (e) of the Subdivision Ordir. <br />upon recommendation of the Planning Commi: <br />and Recreation Commission, the City Counci <br />discretion, grant a credit against park 1~ <br />or in lieu fees if certain criteria exist; <br />WHEREAS, this matter has already been heard by the <br />Commission who recommended denial of this <br />August 18, 1982; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered all pu <br />and pertinent documents relating to the r <br />of fees at their duly noticed public hear <br />1982; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission desires to <br />rental units in Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends that the developer be given <br />for the recreation building and full credi <br />courts in the subject development. <br />Section 2.
