That the developer submit a dust control plan {~r <br />procedure as part of the improvement plans pri r to <br />approval of the final map. <br />10. That the developer comply with any and all <br />applicable requirements of the cross-connectio <br />control and backflow prevention device program <br />required by the California Administrative Code <br />Title 17. <br />11. That the developer pay the applicable Zone 7 a d <br />City connection fees and the meter cost prior o <br />Council approval of the development for any wa er <br />meters (irrigation meters) not directly relate <br />to a building permit. <br />12. That the developer be responsible for the inst lla- <br />tion of the street lighting system within the <br />development. The street lights shall be 70 wa t, <br />high pressure sodium vapor units mounted on ga - <br />vanized steel poles with poured in place bases , <br />on the LS-1C schedule per City requirements an <br />P.G.andE. standard details unless otherwise <br />specifically approved. Approval for the numbe , <br />location, and type of electroliers shall be <br />withheld pending final design and review by th <br />City Engineer. <br />13. That in-lieu park dedication fees be collected by <br />the City prior to approval of the final map at the <br />rate then in effect and for the total number o <br />lots in the final map, unless this requirement <br />has been otherwise satisfied. <br />14. Priat the developer submit a refundable cash bo d <br />for hazard control prior to approval of the fi al map. <br />The amount of this bond will be determined by he <br />City Engineer. (Approximately $100 per lot - <br />$2500 minimum.) <br />15.
