PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />- STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2217 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP TRACT 5065 <br />WHEREAS, Foothill Knolls Development Company has applied for <br />tentative map approval (Tract 5065) for a proposed fifty- <br />seven (57) lot subdivision of approximately 22.9 acres <br />of land located approximately 700 feet east of Foothill <br />Road opposite Santos Ranch Road; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Uriit Development)- <br />Low Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed tentative subdivision map conforms with the <br />PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential <br />District approved for the subject site; apd <br />WHEREAS, a negative declaration of environmental impacts was approved <br />in conjunction with the planned unit development on the <br />subject property and subdivision of the s to is not con- <br />sidered to be a new project, therefore, n further environ- <br />mental document accompanies this request for subdivision <br />approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE C <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1.
