PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA - STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2217 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP TRACT 5065 WHEREAS, Foothill Knolls Development Company has applied for tentative map approval (Tract 5065) for a proposed fifty- seven (57) lot subdivision of approximately 22.9 acres of land located approximately 700 feet east of Foothill Road opposite Santos Ranch Road; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Uriit Development)- Low Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, the proposed tentative subdivision map conforms with the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential District approved for the subject site; apd WHEREAS, a negative declaration of environmental impacts was approved in conjunction with the planned unit development on the subject property and subdivision of the s to is not con- sidered to be a new project, therefore, n further environ- mental document accompanies this request for subdivision approval.
