PLANNING COMP4ISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2219 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COA~IMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING A PREZONING AS FILED BY THE CITY UNDER CASE RZ-82-16 WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton is applying to prezone an approximately 78 acre site located at the northern terminus of Martin Avenue and just south and across the Arroyo Mocho Canal from the Pleasanton Meadows area to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential District as a result of City Council agreement to the annexation of this site; WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for case RZ-82-16 at their duly noticed public hearing of September 21, 1982; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission consdiered all public testimony and pertinent exhibits relating to this application at this same duly noticed public hearing; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that PUD (Planned Unit _ Development}-Low Density Residential zoning conforms to the General Plan for the area described in this application. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING CODIMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends the 78 acre site located at the northern terminus of Martin Avenue and just south and across the Arroyo Mocho Canal from the Pleasanton Meadows area be prezoned PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential District. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
