PUD-82-18 EXHIBIT "A° RES. 2220 <br />1. That the allowed and conditionally allowed u:.es of the <br />subject property shall be those of the I-P District. <br />2. That approval of case PUD-82-18 does not constitute <br />approval of a development plan for all or any portion <br />of the subject property and that site and architectural <br />plans for each site shall be submitted to the Design <br />Review Board for approval prior to issuance of any <br />building permits. <br />3. That since pedestrian access shall be necessary between <br />the Homestead property to the east of the subject site <br />and Santa Rita Road at the time of development of the <br />Homestead property, the owners of the subject: property <br />shall construct a sidewalk along the Trenery Drive frontage <br />of the subject property between Rheem Drive and Santa Rita <br />Road at the time deemed necessary by the City Engineer. <br />
