RES. 2222 EXHIBIT A PUD-82-19 <br />1. That the development shall be substantially as shown <br />on the development plan, Exhibit A, on file with the <br />Planning Division. <br />2. That the entrance driveway shall be widened to 25 ft. <br />giving a total frontage for the parcel of 35 ft. <br />3. That landscaping and fence location shall be substantially <br />as shown in the preliminary landscape plan, Exhibit B, on <br />file with the Planning Division; that a final overall <br />landscape plan shall be submitted to the Planning Division <br />for approval prior to issuance of a building permit and <br />that the number of plants and widths of planters may be <br />increased in the final plan. <br />4. That the chain link fence proposed for the perimeter of <br />the property shall have redwood slats incorporated in it <br />where necessary to screen the site from adjacent rights- <br />of-way. <br />5. That the colors of the buildings shall be approved by <br />the Planning Division prior to issuance of a building <br />permit. <br />6. That no parking signs shall be stablished along the <br />entrance driveway. <br />7. That the developer shall meet all requirements of the. <br />City Fire Department. <br />8. That all construction trucks shall utilize the freeway <br />system when servicing the site rather than surface streets <br />and that all telephone company trucks shall utilize the <br />freeways unless their destination is local. <br />
