PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ,_ COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2224 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMIIISSIOIV OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE UP-82-16 FILED BY ROBERT R. KENNY WHEREAS, Robert R. Kenny has applied to operate a public auction facility at 3440 Stanley Blvd., specializing in used furniture, appliances and antiques; and LQHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-S (Commercial Service) District; and WHEP.EAS, at their meeting of October 13, 1982 the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for case UP-82-16; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated October 13, 1982 and received the recommendation of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on October 13, 1982 and the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed conditional use; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WIIEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated there would not be any significant impacts upon the environment by approving the conditional use permit and Negative Declaration for this case. IdOLQ, TIiEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSIOid RESOLVES TIIE FOLLOWING: Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that based upon the review of the Initial Study and the testimony and documentary evidence presented at the public hearing that there will be no significant adverse impacts upon the environment as a result of the approval of the conditional use permit for the subject property. Section 2. Approves the negative declaration prepared for case UP-82-16, application for a conditional use permit as described above.
