PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2226 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOb1MENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-82-20, APPLICATION <br />OF HARRIS REALTY & MILDRED VALLARINO <br />WHEREAS, Harris Realty and Mildred Vallarino have applied for <br />Planned Unit Development (PUD) development plan <br />approval for an 88 unit multi-family complex on an <br />approximately 4.7 acre site located on the north <br />side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Amador Court; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />High Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting of October 13, i°,82 the Planning <br />Commission received a proposed egative declaration for <br />case PUD-82-20; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed <br />the Initial Study prepared and received the recommendation <br />of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on October 13, 1982 <br />and the public was given the opportunity to comment on <br />the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of negative <br />declarations and environmental impact reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated <br />there would not be any significant impacts upon the <br />environment by approving the development plan and <br />Negative Declaration for this case. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that based upon the <br />review of the Initial Study and the testimony and <br />documentary evidence presented at the public hearing <br />that there will not be any significant adverse effects <br />on the environment as a result of the approval of the <br />development plan proposed for the subject property. <br />
