PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2226 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOb1MENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-82-20, APPLICATION OF HARRIS REALTY & MILDRED VALLARINO WHEREAS, Harris Realty and Mildred Vallarino have applied for Planned Unit Development (PUD) development plan approval for an 88 unit multi-family complex on an approximately 4.7 acre site located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Amador Court; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- High Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at their meeting of October 13, i°,82 the Planning Commission received a proposed egative declaration for case PUD-82-20; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study prepared and received the recommendation of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on October 13, 1982 and the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated there would not be any significant impacts upon the environment by approving the development plan and Negative Declaration for this case. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that based upon the review of the Initial Study and the testimony and documentary evidence presented at the public hearing that there will not be any significant adverse effects on the environment as a result of the approval of the development plan proposed for the subject property.
