PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAPQEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2227 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING CObiP4ISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR HARRIS REALTY ET AL FILED UNDER CASE PUD-82-20 WHEREAS, Harris Realty and Mildred Vallarino have applied for Planned Unit Development (PUD) development plan approval for an 88 unit multi-family complex on an approximately 4.7 acre site located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Amador Court. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-High Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for this application at their duly noticed public hearing of October 13, 1982; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony and pertinent exhibits relating to this application at the same duly noticed public hearing; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed Planned Unit Development for the above 4.7 acre site is in conformance with the zoning of the property and General Plan of the City of Pleasanton. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-82-20, application of Harris Realty and Mildred Vallarino for development plan approval for a multi-family complex on the approximately 4,7 acre site located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Amador Court subject to conditions shown on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton on the 13th day of October 1982 by the following vote: AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Wilson and Vice Chairperson Jamieson NOES: None ABSENT: Chairperson Lindsey ABSTAIN: None
