PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAPQEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2227 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING CObiP4ISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A <br />PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR HARRIS REALTY ET AL <br />FILED UNDER CASE PUD-82-20 <br />WHEREAS, Harris Realty and Mildred Vallarino have applied <br />for Planned Unit Development (PUD) development plan <br />approval for an 88 unit multi-family complex on <br />an approximately 4.7 acre site located on the north <br />side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Amador Court. <br />Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-High Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the <br />Negative Declaration prepared for this application <br />at their duly noticed public hearing of October 13, <br />1982; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony <br />and pertinent exhibits relating to this application <br />at the same duly noticed public hearing; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed <br />Planned Unit Development for the above 4.7 acre site <br />is in conformance with the zoning of the property <br />and General Plan of the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-82-20, application <br />of Harris Realty and Mildred Vallarino for development <br />plan approval for a multi-family complex on the <br />approximately 4,7 acre site located on the north <br />side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Amador Court subject <br />to conditions shown on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 13th day of October 1982 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Wilson and Vice Chairperson Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Chairperson Lindsey <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />
