PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANT ON COUNTY OF ALAD4EDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2228 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF UNITED GROCERS AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-30-9D WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company has applied for development plan approval of a 42,600 sq. ft. building and related facilities on an approximately 5.0 acre site located on the south side of West Las Positas Blvd., immediately west of Tassajara Creek; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Industrial/Commercial and Offices District; and WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the development plan of the subject site (PUD-81-30) including the typical architectural and site designs for individual lots, and there are no changed circumstances or new information requiring additional environmeni=ai review; therefore, this application does not constitute a new project under CEQA and no new environmental document accompany this application; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 13, 1982 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony and related exhibits relevant to this application; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed Planned Unit Development development plan for the 5.0 acre site located on the south side of West Las Positas Blvd., immediately west of Tassajara Creek is in conformance with the zoning of the property (PUD-81-30) and General Plan of the City of Pleasanton. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COD~IMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-81-30-9D as described above, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference.
