CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2229 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-82-21, APPLICATION OF KEN EARP ET AL FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL WHEREAS, Ken Earp, et al has applied for Planned Unit Development (PUD) development plan approval for an approximately 244 unit manufactured housing project for an approximately 29 acre site located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Sauterne Way; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- Medium Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at their meeting of October 13, 1982 the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for case PUD-82-21; and TdHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study prepared and received the recommendation of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on October 13, 1982 and the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the, applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated there would not be any significant impacts upon the environment by approving the development plan and Negative Declaration for this case. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COr~IMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWIPIG: Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that based upon the review of the Initial Study and the testimony and documentary evidence presented at the public hearing that there will not be any significant adverse effects on the environment as a result of the approval of the development plan proposed for the subject property.
