CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2229 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-82-21, APPLICATION <br />OF KEN EARP ET AL FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL <br />WHEREAS, Ken Earp, et al has applied for Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) development plan approval for an approximately <br />244 unit manufactured housing project for an approximately <br />29 acre site located on the north side of Vineyard <br />Avenue opposite Sauterne Way; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting of October 13, 1982 the Planning Commission <br />received a proposed negative declaration for case <br />PUD-82-21; and <br />TdHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial <br />Study prepared and received the recommendation of the <br />staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on October 13, 1982 <br />and the public was given the opportunity to comment on <br />the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the, applicable state and local guidelines <br />governing the preparation of negative declarations and <br />environmental impact reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated there <br />would not be any significant impacts upon the environment <br />by approving the development plan and Negative Declaration <br />for this case. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COr~IMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWIPIG: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that based upon the <br />review of the Initial Study and the testimony and documentary <br />evidence presented at the public hearing that there will <br />not be any significant adverse effects on the environment <br />as a result of the approval of the development plan <br />proposed for the subject property. <br />
