PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORLdIA RESOLUTION N0. 2230 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MANUFACTURED HOUSING PROJECT FOR KEN EARP ET AL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-82-21 WHEREAS, Ken Earp, et al has applied for Planned Unit Development (PUD) development plan approval for an approximately 244 unit manufactured housing project for an approximately 29 acre site located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Sauterne Way; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (.Planned Unit Development)- Medium Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 13, 1982 the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for case PUD-82-21 after consideration of all public testimony and pertinent documents relating to this application; and _ WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the PUD (Planned Unit Development) development plan proposed under case PUD-82-21 is in conformance with the zoning district in which it is located and the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-82-21, application of Ken Earp, et al for a manufactured housing project for an approximately 29 acre site located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Sauterne Way subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton on the 13th day of October 1982 by the following vote: AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty and Wilson NOES: Vice Chairperson Jamieson ABSENT: Chairperson Lindsey ABSTAIN: None DATE: October 13, 1982
