PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORLdIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2230 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A <br />MANUFACTURED HOUSING PROJECT FOR KEN EARP ET AL <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-82-21 <br />WHEREAS, Ken Earp, et al has applied for Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) development plan approval for an approximately <br />244 unit manufactured housing project for an approximately <br />29 acre site located on the north side of Vineyard <br />Avenue opposite Sauterne Way; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (.Planned Unit Development)- <br />Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 13, 1982 <br />the Planning Commission recommended approval of the <br />Negative Declaration prepared for case PUD-82-21 after <br />consideration of all public testimony and pertinent <br />documents relating to this application; and <br />_ WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) development plan proposed under case PUD-82-21 <br />is in conformance with the zoning district in which it <br />is located and the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-82-21, application <br />of Ken Earp, et al for a manufactured housing project <br />for an approximately 29 acre site located on the north <br />side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Sauterne Way subject <br />to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto <br />and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 13th day of October 1982 by the <br />following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty and Wilson <br />NOES: Vice Chairperson Jamieson <br />ABSENT: Chairperson Lindsey <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: October 13, 1982 <br />
